Records Division
The Records Division is housed inside the Barton County Detention Center, main lobby. The Records Division is operated by 3 Records Clerks.
Records operates Monday thru Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm
Records that can be obtained are as follows:
Copies of Reports are $5.00 per report.
(Please note, some records may not be released or information may be redacted per Kansas Statute)
- Accident Reports
- Criminal Incident Reports
- Miscellaneous Incident Reports
FINGER PRINTING
Finger Printing may done at the Barton County Detention Facility by checking in with the Records Division during normal business hours. There is no fee associated with Finger Printing.
CIVIL PROCESS FOR ATTORNEYS:
In State fee is $15.00
Out of State fee is $25.00
CIVIL PROCESS FOR PERSONS:
There is no charge to you when served with a civil process document. If you know you have a document needing served to you, contact the Records Division and arrangements can be made to have the document served.
REGISTERED OFFENDERS
If you are a registered offender or need to register as new offender, you need to report to the Records Division. Records Division is where you will need to update your information.
If you are aware of a Registered Offender out of compliance, please contact the Records Division with your information.
