Neighborhood Revitalization Plan
This program is designed to give property owners the opportunity to receive a tax rebate on the additional property taxes that might be incurred as a result of constructing new buildings or making improvements to existing ones.
If you are planning a new construction project or a rehabilitation, remodel, or alteration to an existing structure on a residential, commercial or industrial, or agricultural property, the project may be eligible for this tax rebate.
