Director's Qualifications
Director, Dale Phillips has 37 years in the Noxious Weed field. He is certified in catagories 9A- Noxious Weeds and 6 - Right of Way.
Dale began his employment with Barton County in the Road and Bridge Dept. in September of 1973. He transferred to the Noxious Weed Dept. in March of 1974 and was appointed director in January of 1976. He added director of the Road and Bridge Dept to his title in 1989. After 40 years of County service, a lot of water has gone under the bridges however progress and quality workmanship is always his “Goal for Life”.
